Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year based on experience.
Requirements:
- Great customer communications skills.
- Candidate should have technicial expertise in electrical troubleshooting, service, and problem solving.
- Commitment to delivering customer service excellence.
- Attention to detail in field efficiency.
- Electrical License
Responsibilities:
- Field service manager for 14+ technicians
- Tracking and supporting company systems to ensure the electricians are successful.
- Presenting the company to the customer.
- Overseeing operations while driving growth, success, and field operations.
